Any booking made means you accept the below conditions

Cancellation charges

In the unprecedented occurrence we have to cancel your booking you will be offered replacement accommodation in the first instance or opportunity to have your holiday dates changed. If neither is acceptable, you will be given a full refund of all monies paid within 5 working days of written notification.
If you need to cancel your holiday, again you will have the opportunity (on the date of cancellation) to move the date of the holiday if it is available.
If nothing suitable to either party can be arranged then the following charges will apply.

  • 56 days or more – Deposit only
  • 42-56 days – 20% of your total holiday cost
  • 36 – 41 days –30% of your total holiday cost
  • 29 – 35 days – 60% of your total holiday cost
  • 22 – 28 days – 75% of your total holiday cost
  • 0 – 21 days – Full cost of holiday

It is recommended that you take holiday insurance against cancellation. We will endeavour to re-sell any cancelled holiday & if successful will reimburse the amount we have sold for (which may be a lower amount as a late sale) minus £30 administration costs.

Retention of security deposit

Whilst we all hope it won’t happen, occasionally accidental damage can happen. A security deposit of £75 will be added to the balance & this will be refunded within 14 days providing there is no accidental loss/damage/extra cleaning required (as outlined in cleaning section below) when the caravan /lodge is checked immediately after your departure whilst being cleaned prior to next guests arriving. The caravan/lodge is photographed at this time so you can be sure we are aware of the condition on your arrival. If there has been any damage caused by previous guests that we have been unable to rectify on changeover day you would be informed that we know of it. If however you notice anything upon arrival that we haven’t notified you of it is your responsibility to inform us on your first day to ensure we know which guests are responsible by text on 07817 673110 or by email to hafanymordirectholidays@hotmail.com
We ask that you leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it. Any loss/damage caused whilst on holiday must be reported immediately by text to 07817673110 or by email to hafanymordirectholidays@hotmail.co.uk


Only people named on the booking (inc pet breed) are allowed to stay in the caravan if you are in breach of this condition Haven representatives will remove you from the park & you will lose any monies paid.


We currently have one caravans that allow certain breeds of dogs only, no other pets allowed in any of our caravans & lodges.
If you wish to take your dog on holiday the cost is £25 & please be aware an additional £25 will also be added onto the security deposit, however if there is any damage caused by a dog you will be liable for the full cost to repair/renew.


Please leave the holiday home in a tidy state & ensure you empty bins, & wash & put away any items you have used including cleaning the oven & grill if used. A cleaner is employed to do a thorough clean, however if any of the above is left it will obviously take her extra time to complete so she will charge for her extra time & so part of your security deposit would be retained to pay for the extra cleaning.


If bed linen has been hired please ensure all used beds are stripped. If there are any accidents with urine or blood on the bedding or bed linen please note they should not be left & it is your responsibility to clean even if the accident has occurred on your last night.(there is a laundrette on park) Waterproof mattress protectors are supplied on every twin bed, however if the mattresses are also stained you should clean immediately.
Failure to launder will result in a deduction of £20 from your security deposit to cover the cost of laundry & cleaners time to do so.

Malicious/non accidental damage

If there is any malicious/ non accidental damage caused please be aware you will be responsible for the full cost of repair/renewal & haven will report any incident to the police.

Bad/Unruly Behaviour

If Haven ask you to leave the site due to bad/unruly behaviour we do not hold any responsibility & as you are in breach of our contract we will not refund any monies paid if that happens, even if you have just arrived on your holidays.
